Gift cards are non-refundable and can only be used in exchange for services or retail products. They cannot be redeemed for cash.

Please treat your gift card like cash. Defaced, altered, lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed.

At Got Browed, we strive to ensure every client is happy and satisfied with their beauty enhancement and our services.

Since beauty is highly subjective, an in-depth consultation is included before every treatment.

Our consultations, treatments and aftercare are thorough and designed to provide the best possible experience.

No refunds or returns are accepted on beauty products due to health and safety standards, unless the product is deemed faulty by the manufacturer or applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

If you do not attend a confirmed appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service booked. Paying this fee will help prevent you from being banned from future appointments.

Cancellations are accepted by phone call, WhatsApp, email, direct message (DM) and text message.

During appointments, we do not answer phone calls. Please leave a message, and we will respond as soon as we are no longer with a client.

Please understand that responses may be provided at the end of the same day or the following day.

Please arrive on time, as Got Browed works on a tight schedule, often accommodating 1–2 clients per hour.

A 10-minute grace period is provided.

If you arrive 15 minutes late, a $20 late fee will apply.

Arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in your appointment being cancelled and considered a No Show (100% of the service).

If you are running late, please call or message us to determine whether your appointment can still be accommodated.

We will do our best to accommodate you through our walk-in or waiting list, or by rescheduling your appointment.

Appointments requested outside of our regular business hours are subject to additional charges added to the original service price.

Appointments requested on holidays are charged double the original service price.

We're confident that you'll fall in love with your brows. If you're not completely satisfied, we'll fix them for FREE!

If you are not 100% happy with your results, please notify Got Browed within 3 business days of your original appointment.

We will provide a complimentary touch-up service within 7 days of your original appointment to ensure you are satisfied with your brows.
